The program does not load

Check the sensor in the wall and restart the launcher. ArcheryTime can remain open as long as no active round is in progress.

Restart the launcher. ArcheryTime can remain open as long as no active round is in progress. Go to: System -> Calibration -> Auto Calibration.

There are many disturbances when I press test after auto-calibration

Increase the WhiteFlash brightness. Use the left slider or the 2 and 3 keys.

I have reached the maximum value of 255 for White Flash

End the calibration and return to the start screen. Switch to the launcher and open Configuration -> Sensor Settings. Increase the brightness by 5-6 ticks. Return to auto-calibration in ArcheryTime and test again. Adjust the White Flash accordingly.

Only half of the arrows are recognized

Your White Flash is probably too bright. Adjust it using the 2 and 3 keys in the game or during calibration.

How can I enter and change customer email addresses later?

User login -> My Profile -> Edit Email.

The program sometimes freezes during evaluation?

We are aware of this and are working diligently to fix it as soon as possible. We suspect it is related to the kicker the usb footswitch.
